Responsibilities
• Providing administrative support to the Sales & Service department
• All aspects of quotation, sales orders processing, delivery orders, purchase order and invoices
• Arrange and liaise with forwarding agents on shipments
• Liaise with clients on return goods and delivery schedules
• Handle and attend to any customer complaints and any discrepancy issues
• Any other ad-hoc duties

Requirements
• Diploma and above
• Must have admin or coordinator experience
• Computer literate (MS Office)
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin (to cater to customer who speaks only Mandarin)
• Work independently, self-motivated with good interpersonal and problem solving skills.
• Can accept candidate from Malaysia, but candidate need to bear SHN cost themselves

Remuneration
*Basic salary: $1,800-$2,400 (depend on experience)
*5.5 days work week.
*Working hours: 8.30am-5.30pm(Mon – Fri), 8.30am-12.00pm(Alt Sat) Due to Covid they will wfh on Sat and presently they work once every 3 weeks
*Rest days: 7 days per month
*Entitles to annual leave, medical leave
*Salary increment depends on performance
