Support end user remotely to resolve network related issues.
Monitoring of servers and networks, services and systems performance
Network/system troubleshooting – proactively respond to alarms from network monitoring tools and take appropriate actions to resolve the alarms or system alerts
Maintain network and system security
Possess analytical and problem solving abilities
Able to work independently, self-motivated and diligent

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
Working experience in the related field are prefer
Written and spoken language proficiency in English & Chinese (Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese to handle English and Chinese speaking clients’ queries & conduct trouble shooting based on English and Chinese speaking clients’ feedback
