Fat Belly, located at Serene Centre, is a casual steakhouse pioneering secondary cuts grilled over charcoal. In the CBD, Market Bistro offers hearty, unpretentious bistro classics in Marina Bay Financial Centre Tower 3, and also houses Elixir Coffee Stand, serving specialty brews from Blacklist Coffee Roasters. In 2025 along leafy Evans Road, the group launched YARA - a modern Asian restaurant that draws on flavours and traditions from across the region — from charcoal-grilled meats to broths simmered for hours, paired with original cocktails crafted in-house Together, these concepts reflect the group’s commitment to quality dining experiences across Singapore’s vibrant food scene.
