Job Description

•Attend to the needs analysis, design, and writing of technical documents for the college’s internal information management system

•Maintain hardware equipment, including company servers, network equipment, and printers

•Assist in maintaining current software and information management systems

•Provide technical support to other departments within the company

Requirements

•Diploma or above in computer science or IT-related field

•Minimum 2 years of working experience in IT support or related field

•Proficient in ASP, PHP, MYSQL, MS SQL, ASP.NET, MS Office

•Knowledge of Java, Windows Server, Dreamweaver, and video editing

•Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

•Bilingual in English and Chinese to communicate with clients and to use the internal Chinese software as required

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

•Ability to work independently and as part of a team
