- 利用现有或新设施和设备构思食品配料的商业生产工艺。
- 与运营和法规同事合作，将实验室/中试转化为符合要求的商业化生产。
- 在新制造工艺设计或修改现有设备或工艺方面提出建议。
- 能够进行培训并指导员工。
- 保持实验室清洁。
- 根据业务目标优化/建议实验室和中试工厂能力。
任职要求
- 认可的营养科学、化学工程或相关学科学士学位，0-3年经验，和/或香精或相关行业研究/加工职能经验。
- 好奇、独立、思想开放、善于分析，能够执行科学方法。
- 能够有效沟通，自我激励。
- 致力于维护公司的质量标准。
