Effective 2nd October 2017, KGI Securities Co. Ltd. (Taiwan)’s operations in Singapore, namely KGI Securities (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. and KGI Futures (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. are amalgamated into a single entity with KGI Securities (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. as the operating entity. This amalgamation is an internal reorganization exercise. By operation of law, all the property, rights, privileges, liabilities and obligations of KGI Futures (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. will be automatically transferred to and vest in the amalgamated KGI Securities (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. The amalgamation of our Singapore entities taps on the cooperative synergies of both companies and offer a one-stop service to our clients in Asia. The amalgamated KGI Securities (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. will no longer be just a single dimension equity brokerage house. Instead, it will evolve into a multi products and client centric solutions entity.
