Quality Assurance Technician

Responsibilities
*To perform visual and dimensional inspections of products, ensure products conformation to all specifications and procedures.
*Perform Incoming inspection and In-Process inspection.
*Perform First Article inspection (when required).
*Perform Final inspection for final products prior to delivery.
*Prepare of QC reports.
*Participate in ad-hoc projects.

Requirements
*Min Diploma/ NTC 2 / Higher Nitec
*1-3 years relevant working experience in QA/ QC, plastic injection mold industry
*Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
*Experience in operating CMM and knowledge in ISO will be an advantage
*Proficient in interpreting mechanical drawing and use of measuring instruments
*Ability to work in a team or independently
*Bilingual, Able to handle queries and concerns from Chinese speaking counterparts in regards with the QC reports and inspections of product matters.

Remuneration
*Basic Salary $2600 – $3000
*Working hour 8AM – 5:30PM (Monday to Friday)
*Benefits upon confirmation: Medical claim $600 and insurance, Annual Leave 10 days, Medical Leave 14 days
