Responsibilities:
– Supervision of production
– Ensure product quality and consistency
– Manpower management and staff training
– Cost management
– Maintenance of production and monitoring records
– Maintain of inventory
– Assist production when required
Requirements:
– Able to read and write basic English
– Able to communicate in basic Mandarin
– At least 2 years of related food supervisory experience
– Able to work with light machinery
– Interact with SFA officers and ISO auditors.
Remunerations:
-Basic Salary: SGD 2,500 (Depends on experience)
-Average Salary: SGD 2,500-SGD 3,200
-Work day: 5.5 days, perfer 6 days per month
-Working Hours: 7.30am – 5.30pm
-Annual Leave: 7 days per year
-OT 1.5/2.0
-Career progression: Supervisor > Assistant Manager (factory) > Manager (factory)
