Responsibilities:
*To manage and supervise workers/ sub-contractors/ supplies and monitor playground site activities
*To plan and schedule works for the workers
*To attend sites meetings – only when require
*Will require to visit sites on Sunday, when there is project going on
*To ensure site safety and compliance to authorities requirements
*To Establish good relationship with all relevant parties
Requirement:
*Minimum O Level and above
*Minimum Diploma (Building / Construction) or relevant work experience
*A least 1-2 years of experience in related field
*Excellent interpersonal skills and positive attitude
*Independent with own initiative
*Good leadership skill
*Knowledge with Autocad
Remuneration:
*Basic Salary: $3000- $4500 (Depending on experience)
*$100 Mobile allowance + $500 transport allowance
*Working Hours: 9am – 5.30pm (Monday- Friday) 9am – 1pm (Saturday)
*Entitled 14 days Annual Leave and 14 days Medical Leave
*Bonus depending on performance
