Responsibilities
*Assist in accounting and administrative job
*Process invoice, including INV-DO matching,filing,mailing and emailing
*Post customer payments by recording cash, cheques and credit card transactions
*maintain and update business partners’s master data
*Maintain customer files and records
*Investigate and resolve customer queries
*Review AR aging to ensure compliance
Assist with month-end closing
*Any other ad-hoc duties

Requirements
*At least Diploma and above
*Must have 2-3 years working experience with accounting background
*Know English & Chinese
*Proficient in Microsoft office
*Can accept candidate from Malaysia, candidate need to bear quarantine fee themselves

Remuneration
*Basic salary: $2300-$2400 (depend on experience)
*5.5 days work week
*Working hours: 8.30am-5.30pm(Mon – Fri), 8.30am-12.30pm(Sat)
*Rest days: 6 days per month
*Entitles to annual leave, medical leave
*Salary increment depends on performance
