Responsibilities
• Office administrative work
• Preparing bank documents to bank for financing
• Preparing T.T for overseas supplier
• Preparing debit note/accounts duties
• Preparing sales report & debtors SOA
• Update staff MC & Annual leave record
• Any duties as assigned

Requirements
• O level and above
• Proficiency in Ms Excel, Words
• Hardworking & fast learner
• Have admin/account experience

Remuneration
• Basic salary: $2100-$2300 (depend on experience)
• 5 days work week
• Working hours: 9am – 6.30pm (Mon – Fri)
• Rest day: 8 days per month
• Entitle to annual leave, medical leave
• Salary increment & bonus depends on performance
