Job Responsibilities:
*Will represent as a front-line support staff
*Provide patient-centric service and be responsible for the smooth of registration of patients, including assisting with appointment bookings, customer service, scheduling, medicine dispensing, basic housekeeping, supply stock-count and management
*负责门诊前台接待工作,客户预约,就诊接待,客户投诉初步受理等工作
*诊所营业前准备和营业结束的收尾工作,准确完成各类加工件的收发和追踪
*顾客初诊信息录入,顾客回访、负责门诊采购事宜,办公用品/药库的管理
*维护门诊日常办公环境整洁

Requirement:
*Min O-Level and above/Vocational cert
*Good customer service and people skills required
*Proficiency both in Chinese and English is a must, who is able to handle Mandarin-speaking clients, colleagues and documents (We are TCM clinic)
*Willing to work retail hours, weekends & public holidays
*At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
*Preferably non-Executive specialized in Healthcare – Nurse/Medical Support & Assistant or equivalent

Remuneration:
*Basic Salary: 底薪1800 – 2200 + 提成, 综合 2600-3000
*6days work week
*Working hours: 10:00am – 9:00pm,
*5.5 days work week (including 1 weekend)
*2 breaks of 45 minutes in between
*Entitle to annual leave, medical leave, AWS & Bonus depends on performance, salary increment depends on performance (after probation)
