Responsibilities
*Manage all day-to-day operations of the bakery section of the kitchen & produce breads on schedule
*Weigh flour and other ingredients to prepare dough
*Bake different bread types
*Adjust oven temperatures to ensure proper baking
*Prepare /mix various ingredients to create fillings
*Shape dough to prepare different types of breads.
*Responsible to clean up workplace and perform minor maintenance to equipment on daily basis
*Practice good housekeeping & workplace/kitchen safety awareness
*Ensure compliance of all food safety standards in bakery process

Requirement
*Min N-Level and above
* At least 2 years of experience may be preferred.
*Positive attitude, team player and good communication skills
*Must be able to adhere to health and safety regulations
*Ability to meet strict deadlines.

Remuneration
*Basic Salary: $1600-$2600 (Depend on Experience)
*Working hours: 8am-5pm
*6days work week
*Entitles AL and ML
