Responsibilities
*Performing front desk workflow and service quality, organizing front desk staff and assigning work to serve guests
*Responsible for daily sales closing in cash, NETS, VISA/MASTER, bank-in cash regularly
*Responsible for the promotion and decision-making of catering business plan
*Supervise, direct and assess the performance of the staff of the front desk
*Deal with customer complaints
*Responsible for the front desk staff training, so that the staff familiar with the professional staff to master the process.
*Responsible for front management, the development of work objectives and recruitment of grass-roots service personnel.
*Assessment of the front desk attendants and cashiers and other staff

Requirements
*Min N level and above
*Catering service management related work experience, 1 year or more
*Able to speak English, Chinese or Malay
*Computer knowledge
*Able to work rotating shift (Morning/Noon/Night)
*Able to work on weekends and public holiday
*Maintain a good relationship with the guests to assist in the promotion, consultation and reflect the views and requirements of the guests in order to improve the quality of service.

Remuneration
*Basic salary $2000-$2500
*Meal provided
*Working hour : full shift are from 10am to 10pm(2 hr break), morning shift from 10 am to 4pm, afternoon shift from 4pm to 10pm
*Annual leave 7 days
*Entitle to AWS
*Company uniform is provided
