Retail Sales Associate

Responsibilities:
• Attend to walk-in customer enquiries
• Drive and boost sales opportunities to hit the store sales target
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
• Ensure stocks are replenished and are displayed neatly
• Perform cashiering duties
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:
• Preferred O level and above
• No experience required, trainings will be provided
• Have interest in Traditional Chinese Medicine
• Friendly and sociable personality
• Possesses can-do attitude, self-motivated and a good team player
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for senior roles
• Willingness to work on weekends/public holidays

Remuneration:
• Basic Salary : $1400 – $1600 (depend on experience)
• Average : $1800 – $2000 or above
• Working hours : A:10am-6.30pm / B:1.30pm-10pm/C: 10am-10pm (After 44hours consider OT)
• 5.5 day work week (Rotate weekend off)
