Service Technician

Responsibilities:
• Perform Delivery and installation of equipment.
• Provide training on usage and general maintenance of equipment after installation.
• Attend to service calls, assist customer on troubleshooting through phone.
• On-site servicing and general cleaning of equipment at customer’s site.
• Perform repair work on equipment collected from customer’s site.
• Perform maintenance on showroom equipment periodically.
• Assist in events/exhibition when required.
• Ad-hoc duties as assign by supervisor.

Requirements:
• Possess Class 3 Driving license.
• Able to write and speak simple English.
• Knowledge of electrical wiring and mechanical works is preferred.
• Product training will be provided.
• Need to be physically fit as they are required to carry heavy items (weight around 50-60kgs by 2person).

Remuneration:
•Basic Salary: $1,800 to $2,000 (based on experience)
•Working Hours: 8.30am to 6.00pm (Monday to Friday)
•Rest Day: 8 days per month
•Entitled AL & ML
•Annual leave – Start from 7days, additional 1 day for every one complete year, max 14days
