Responsibilities
*Understand and adhere to in-house GHP / GMP standard at work
*Prepare items according to in-house procedures
*Monitor CCPs and record in checklist provided
*Ensure proper and safe operation of machineries.
*Ensure proper cleaning and sanitizing of machineries and utensils before and after using
*Assist to supervise and train junior members in production line
*Ensure that all products produced are according to Finished Goods Specs
*Check and ensure that quality and quantity of items ordered are received and stored in proper condition
*Keep track of inventory to ensure adequate food ingredients, packaging supplies and finished product
*Perform other ad-hoc duties as requested

Requirement
*Min N-Level and above
*Work under cold temperature (12-15deg C)
*Physically fit; to work as a team
*Able to work OT

Remuneration
*Salary package:
Local/SPR – $2,000 to $2,200 (OT) Gross pay = $3000 – $3,300
Malaysian – $1500 (OT) Gross pay = $2,500

*Working hours: 8:30am to 5:30pm (Mon-Fri) 8:30am to 12:30noon(Sat) Lunch 1 hour break in btw 15 mins smoking break 2 times
*AWS in December & Variable Bonus in January
*Annual leave = 7-14days (PRC & Malaysian) & 14-21days (Singaporean & SPR)
*AIA medical insurance coverage including dental and eyecare
