Responsibilities:
-To provide customer service to contract customers in order to maintain customer base and maximize service sales and customer satisfaction
-To provide customer service to non contract customers and dealers in order to maximize service sales and customer satisfaction
-To provide regular feedback to Executive, Field Service in order to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of Service Operations
-To ensure the achievement of service sales target, profit margin and payment collection
-To build up relationships with contract and non contract customers
-To ensure the accuracy of job costing and service sales forecast
-Effectiveness in pursuing quotations resulting in high success rate
-To maintain high morale among service department staffs
-To promote service sales leads
Requirements:
-Minimum Diploma (Engineering field) and above
-Fresh grads and candidates without experience welcome, training will be provided, willing to learn
-Candidates with relevant working experience an advantage
-Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, words etc)
-Willing to go to client’s site/office whenever necessary
Remuneration:
-Basic Salary for Assistant Service Engineer: $1800 – $2000 (depending on experience and qualification) + $300 transport and handphone allowance
-Basic Salary for Service Engineer: $2500 – $3100 (Depending on experience and qualification)
-Working Hours: 8.00am – 5.00pm (Monday to Friday) 8.00am to 1.00pm (Saturday)
-Entitled to 13th month bonus
-Entitled to variable bonus (depending on personal performance)
-Annual Leave: 7 days for the 1st year, additional 1 day per year for every additional year of service, capped at 14 days
