Job Description:
• Responsible to perform the full set of accounts
• Review and maintain customers master records regularly
• Overall Cash Flow management and ensure prompt updates on cash flow report
• Prepare Account reconciliations, journal entries and Bank reconciliations
• GST Report preparation and submission – Quarterly
• Preparing and submitting governmental statistical reports
• Handle intercompany billing, cross charges and management charges
• Handle intercompany monthly intercompany balances and billing
• Prepare and maintenance of audit schedule
• Liaise with external parties such as banks, customers, vendors, government agencies and auditors
• Work initiative behavior & positive work attitude is preferred
• Capacity planning, budgeting, management reporting
• Ad-hoc assignment from Corporate Finance Manager and Corporate Controller
– Assist with office administrative work

Job Requirement:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Higher/Graduate Diploma or its equivalent
• Knowledge of Navision preferred
• Well versed in Microsoft Office application
• Able to work independently under supervision
• At least 2 to 5 years of working experience in the related field
• Able to speak and read English and Mandarin

• Basic salary: $$3000-$3200 (depend on experience)
• Allowance $200
• 5 days work week
• Company Transport (To office only) Lakeside MRT (Private Bus drop off area).
• Working hours: Monday to Friday (8.00am to 5.30pm)
• Rest day: 8 days per month
• Air-con working environment
