Responsibilities
*Project management
*Oversee and supervise office renovation work
*Communicate and liaise with clients, suppliers, subcons and building management
*Handle project submission and work processes
*Provide management with feedback on customer needs, problem, interest and potential for new products and services
*Perform any adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements
• O level and above
• At least 2-3 years working experience
• Safety supervisor certificate or relevant certificate
• Knowledge of building management is an advantage
• Can communicate/read/write English
• Good attitude, responsible & hardworking

Remuneration
*Basic salary: $3,000 – $3,500 (depend on experience)
*6 days work week
*Working hours: 9am-6pm (Mon-Sat)
*Entitles to annual leave, medical leave
*Good performance entitle for bonus
*Salary increment depends on performance
