Operations Executive

Responsibilities:
-Liaise with internal employees and customers on transportation/delivery arrangements
-Handling of import & export documentation for custom clearance and preparing the necessary documents.
-Liaise and follow-up with airline carriers/ forwarders / carriers for shipment / delivery status.
-Support any other duties as required in the department.

Requirements:
-Minimum N Levels and above
-No experience required, willing to learn, training will be provided
-Candidates with related working experience in freight forwarding industry an advantage
-Can communicate in both English and Mandarin
-Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office (Words and Excel)

Remuneration:
-Basic salary: $1600 – $1800 (Depending on experience)
-Working hours: 9.00AM-6.00PM (Monday to Friday) 9.00AM-1.00PM (Saturday)
-Overtime pay: $5/hour
-Entitled to 14 days of Annual Leave, 14 days of Medical Leave
-Aircon working environment
-Salary increment after probation
-Average take home salary $2000 and above
