Responsibilities:
•Able to handle or share full spectrum of standard HR functions
•Experience in payroll processing (EasyPay) a must or much prefered
•Handle end-to-end recruitment process (advertising,interviewing, etc)
•Take care of work pass matters (application, renewal, cancellation, etc)
•Creating and updating of employees’ record/personal files
•Monitoring/following up on work passes’ expiring dates
•Orientation of new employees
•Monitoring/following up on probation/confirmation
•Help to take care of other standard HR functions

Requirements:
•Certificate/Diploma in Human Resource or equivalent
•At least 1 to 2 years of relevant HR experience
•Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excek and powerpoint

Remuneration:
*Basic salary:$2000 – $2800 (depends on experience)
*5 days work week
*Mon – Fri 8.00am to 5.30pm
*Provide Company Uniform
*Provide Company Transport
*EVERY 3 MONTH WILL PAYOUT 1 AWS (calculation will provided when interview)
*Salary increment after probation
*Company provide transport at Hougang, Woodland & Choa Chu Kang)
