Procurement Assistant

Responsibilities
*Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack,wrap, label, ship, deliver). e.g. fresh flowers, baskets, other stock items for internal outlets
*Receive and process warehouse stock products (unload, label, store)
*Order stocks from suppliers
*Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimise space utilisation
*Communicate and cooperate with other department colleagues
*Perform inventory controls and keep track of stock/product availability

Requirement
*Min O-Level
*No experience required
*Proficiency in inventory software, as well as Microsoft Word, Excel is bonus
*Ability to lift heavy objects
*Able to work in a fast-paced environment
*Pays attention to detail and monitors quality of inventory

Remuneration
*Basic Salary: $1800-$2100 (Depend on experience)
*Fixed Allowance $100-$200
*Working hours: shift work
0800/0830hrs to 1730/1800hrs ( full day )
0800 / 0830hrs to 1230 / 1300hrs ( half day )
*Off-Days will be 1 weekend-day and a half-weekday
*5.5day workweek
*OT 1.5times
