Pre Sales Technical Application Engineer

Responsibilities:
*Work closely with sales to ensure successful closures of the sales process
*Identified and escalated issues with the migration to ensure they addressed and resolved
*Review
*Provide training to sales team to enhance their products knowledge
*Good communication skills, customers focused, service minded attitude
*Provide after-sales service support

Requirement:
*Fresh graduates preferred (ITE/Diploma)
*Familiar with Microsoft ( Excel, Words etc)
*With good communication and interpersonal skill

Remuneration:
*Basic Salary: $1800 – $2000
*Working Hours: 8.30am – 6pm ( Monday – Friday)
*Entitled 12 days of annual leave, additional 1 day per year up to 16 days
