Responsibilities
*To perform ordering inventory, data entry, general office duties, updating, material checking, job schedules & documentation filing etc,
*To provide operational support such as answering phone call, whatsApp, email, checking/prepare job schedule.
*To monitor regular update inventory, administrative support, office admin duties
*Other ad-hoc duties as and when required by Management.

Requirements
*At least N-level and above
*PC proficient and well-versed in MS office applications.
*Proficient in speaking and writing in English and simple Chinese.
*Responsible, meticulous, efficient and able to work independently.
*Can accept candidate in Malaysia, candidates need to bear quarantine fee themselves

Remuneration
*Basic salary: $1800
*5.5 days work week
*Working hours: 8am – 5pm (Monday – Friday exclude public holiday), with alternate Saturday (may need to come back on Saturday half day, chances is low)
*Rest days: 7 days per month
*Rest day arranged by employer
*Entitles to annual leave, medical leave
*Salary increment & bonus depends on performance
