Responsibilities:
*Completing all assigned tasks by outlet mangers and assisting with day-to-day operations.
*Gaining knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes, then educating staffs regularly.
*Taking detailed notes and liaising with Managers and directors to solve the issues.
*Following all SOPs, food health, safety and hygiene, then educating staffs regularly.
*Orientate and train employees so as to ensure that each individual has a complete understanding of the company’s policies by using the operations training manual.
*Ensure that daily opening and closing duties in the outlet are properly executed.
*Manage the manpower cycle (Recruiting, Training, Managing)
*Prepare outlet report and provide operational feedbacks to outlet managers, and director.
*Adhering to all food safety regulations and quality controls.
*Provide excellent customer service, handle customer’s enquiry and feedback. Must do a service recovery.
*Plan & perform inventory control i.e. Stock ordering, reduce/control wastage.

Requirements:
*Bachelor’s degree in management, Hospitality or similar.
*Experience in F&B
*Experience in a management role or similar is a plus
*Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
*Strong problem solving skills

Remuneration:
*Basic Salary: $2800
*Working hours: 2pm-12am (Shift work arranged by employer)
*54hrs per week
*Transport Taxi Fare will be claimed by company
*Annual Leave 10days
