机械安装操作员

Responsibilities:
*Operate CNC Turning / Milling machines
*Perform job setting in CNC Turning /Milling machines
*Responsible for Quality of parts to be produced. Maintain ”5S” Environment
*Responsible for operate machine in safe environment
*Operate Metrological instruments (Vernier caliper, Micrometer, Trimos, etc)
*Any other duties as assigned by the Management

Requirements:
*N-Level qualification or above
*Preferably 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
*Able to operate CNC Turning / Milling machines
*Able to job setting in CNC Turning /Milling machines
*Able to read & understand blue print drawings and GD & T
*Must familiar with FANUC machine controller
*Must know NC codes & Canned cycles
*Able to operate Metrological instruments (Vernier caliper, Micrometer, Trimos, etc)
*Able to understand simple work instruction & to be follow
*Language Proficiencies: Basic English

Remuneration:
*Basic Salary: $1,500 – $1,800 (Depends on experience and qualification)
*Housing Allowance: $100
*Attendance Allowance: $50
*OT: 1.5 times (Monday to Saturday)
2.0 times (Sunday)
*Gross Salary: $2,000 – $2,600
*Working hours:
8.00am to 5.00pm (Monday to Friday)
8.00am to 12.15pm (Saturday)
*Rest day: 6 days per month
*Aircon Environment
*After confirmation entitled to AWS (depends on individual performance and company’s financial status)
*After confirmation entitled to 7 days of annual leave and 14 days of medical leave
