Operator

Responsibilities:
*Set up and machine parts, futures and tooling.
*Understand and adhere to all work instructions associated with the work performed.
*Perform jobs in priority order unless instructed otherwise.
*IAW the required technical data referred to in the job traveller (operation sheets, engine manuals, OEM SPM’s, written instructions from engineering.
*Set up machining fixtures, tooling and inserts for turning, grinding or milling. Measure, mark and scribe dimensional and reference points on materials. Determine datum for locating parts not previously in production. Align fixtures and cutting tools. Set specified rotation speed, feed, coolant flow, and depth and angle of cut.
*Machine parts while monitoring cutting action of machine to detect excessive wear or malfunction.
*Perform pressure testing as required.
*Use indicators, callipers, venires, micrometres and gauges to check work and verify conformance of finished part to specifications.
*Request on-machine inspections as required.
*Perform TPM’S.
*Report non-conformance’s related to parts, paper work, equipment, tooling or materials to the immediate Cell Leader.
*Maintain good housekeeping practices on machines and in work area.
*Comply with all company and safety rules and regulations during course of duties (Proper PPE).

Requirements:
*Candidate must has operator experience
*Basic English
*Able to work night shift

Remuneration:
*Basic Salary $1200-$1500 (depending on experience)
*Basic Salary $1500-$2500 (CNC machinist experience)
*Working hour 7:30AM-4:48 (AM/PM) (Monday to Friday)
*One month day shift; One month night shift
*Monthly attendance allowance $30
*Night shift allowance $16.50 per day
*Annual Leave 12 days and medical leave 14 days
*Entitle for AWS and Variable Bonus (every Dec, Pro-rated for incomplete year of service)
*OT x1.5/2.0
*Gross salary $1800 and above (based on basic $1200 calculation)
