清洁工人

Responsibilities:
– To perform cleaning task which includes but not limited to full glass cleaning, high dusting, vacuuming and cleaning sanitary area
– Conduct carpet and upholstery cleaning (training will be provided)
– Inspect job sites and maintain high cleanliness standard, discipline and code of conduct for all cleaners
– To cover our existing job site, “filling-in roles” when required
– To assist manager in overseeing a group of cleaners and ensure cleaners are well trained as per company’s procedures
– To assist manager in daily operations, respond to and rectify any issues to prevent future occurrence
– To summit daily activities report
– Other ad hoc duties assigned by the management

Requirements:
– Min N Level or above
– Good Attitude
– Excellent communication and organizational skills to handle a diverse industries of work sites
– Meticulous and eye for detail
– Possess strong leadership skills
– Able to travel island-wide independently as per work schedule
– Service-oriented mindset
– Independent and proactive
– Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
– Independence of running your own schedule
– Career progression and growth
– Prefer – Able to speak mandarin.

Remuneration:
– Basic : $1500 to $1600 + $200 Conduct and Performance Allowance + $100 Transport Allowance.
– Monday to Saturday (48 working hours/week)
– OT may be required (OT Payable after 48 hours/week)
– Rest day: 4 days per month (arrange by employer)
– Entitle to annual leave, medical leave, AWS
– AWS after completion of a full year (Subject to conduct and performance by management)
– Average salary $ 2400-$2600++
