Responsibilities:
a) Staff management
i. Conduct effective communication: Team briefing/ Motivation
ii. Adopt an open attitude and apply a situational management
iii. Check and make sure new staff training is followed up
iv. Check and control daily duties and responsibilities
v. Check and monitor that manpower is effectively organized and allocated per hour to maximize sales
vi. Lead by example to motivate team, with regular and appropriate presence on the selling floors
vii. Maintain a favourable working relationship with all employees to promote a co- operative, happy working environment and is sharing the responsibility of attrition rate for assigned store

b) Service Excellence
i. Accountable for customer satisfaction with service provided in his/ her store
ii. To meet the standards, goals and KPIs set by the company
iii. Develop a keen knowledge on trends, products, and collections
iv. Participate in transfer of knowledge to the team, providing fashion advice to customers
v. Understand customer needs, seek multiple ways to meet our customer needs and requests to maximise sales
vi. Identify customer profiles of the store, report to SM/AM/ Inventory
vii. Able to handle customer complaints and difficult situations with customers
viii. Liaise with the Customer Service Department on the follow up of customer feedbacks and actions

c) Store Presentation Management
i. Ensure that the stores apply to the visual merchandising guidelines and instructions set by company
ii. Identify good practices and areas for improvement with the team
iii. Maintain store image through consistent and detailed housekeeping as well as staff compliance to grooming standards
iv. Liaise with the VM department on the follow up of actions in stores

d) Stock & Merchandise Management
i. To feedback operations needs and observations to SM/ Inventory on a weekly, monthly seasonal basis
ii. Works with ASM/ SM to manage and maintain healthy inventory levels at all stores, ensure sufficient and appropriate stock levels for all categories (bags, shoes, accessories)
iii. Give and obtain information to/ from other managers and customer needs, product defects, selling difficulties
iv. Give feedbacks to inventory department on products suitable for the store
v. Communicate action plans to achieve and improve the sales in comparison to last year sales
vi. Knowledge of local competitors: products, pricing, merchandising, customer profiles
vii. Is responsible for the general in store room maintenance and stocks accuracy of assigned store

e) SOPs & Administration
i. Ensure that all the processes are applied in stores and in compliance with Legal, Safety, HR, VM, Inventory, Stock organization, POS and data accuracy
ii. Ensure all relevant documents and administration duties are being performed at stores level or communicated on time for various departments such as Human Resources, Distribution/ Inventory, Finance and others relevant to the general operation of the store.

Requirements
• Employer will help to bear the SHN cost if no relative in Singapore
• 2 years contract
• Fresh graduate
• A degree in Business Management or a related discipline
• Prepared to work retail hours and on weekends and Public Holidays
• Prepared to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Effectively bilingual in English and a second language
• Possess effective interpersonal skills and loves to interact with people from all walks of life
• Sales-oriented and self-motivated to achieve sales targets
• Poses good salesmanship and an excellent sense of entrepreneurship
• Able to work effectively with a diverse workforce i.e. people of different age, race, nationality, etc
• Well-groomed and professional appearance while at work
• Strong interest in fashion-styling
• Fun, vibrant & outgoing personality with a great personal style
• A keen sense of fashion and a passion for the fashion industry

Remuneration
*Basic salary $2700+ Fixed allowance $200 = $2900
*Working hour: not more than 12 hour per day (retail working hour, subject to different outlets)
*Rest day : 6 days per month
*Uniform provided
*Entitle to annual leave & medical leave
*Air-con environment
