Responsibilities:
*Providing services to customers such as scalp / hair treatments
*Recommend products and treatments according to customer requirements
*Familiar with all package, promotion, prices and rate and able to recommend products and treatment for each customer’s requirements
*Build and establish good customer relationship
*Frequently check with customers to ensure comfort, safety and security throughout treatment/ service
*Maintain a consistent relationship with customers base in order to ensure return customers
*Maintain high level of cleanliness and counter hygiene

Requirements:
*N level & above
*At least 1 year of experience as a Scalp Therapist
*Positive attitude and personality
*Team player and passionate to learn
*Highly motivated with good insight of customer service
*Service oriented with high enthusiasm to serve
*Familiarity with processing transactions
*Excellent customer service skills (courteous, gets along well with others)
*Great team player
*Sale-driven
*Able to work on weekends and public holidays, retail hours

Remunerations:
*Basic salary: $2500
*Average Salary $3000 and above
*Working hours: 10.45am – 7.45pm
*Rest day: 4 days per month (arranged by employer)
*Entitles to sales commission
*Aircon working environment
*Uniform provided
*Salary increment depends on individual performance(after 3 months of probation)
*Bonuses depends on performance
