检验员

Responsibilities:
•The company products such as beverage can, food can, dairy can and etc
•Perform inspection task on products to verify that they meet defined quality standards
•Perform day to day inspection and test on all incoming materials from vendors and outgoing products for shipping to customers
•Use measuring device/ machine to check product part dimension for conformance to specification
•To learn and understand the quality standards of the products and the method of measurement for all equipment
•Simple testing and product approval decisions
• To record all the inspection results in the required quality records/forms
•Other general duties assigned by employer
•On job training provided

Requirements:
•N-LEVEL or above
•Minimum 1 years of relevant working experience
•ISO and QC knowledge is added advantageous
•Able to focus for long period of time
•Able to commit overtime when required
•Comfortable to work under a high stress environment
•Hardworking and physical work required
•Good eyesight
•No colour blindness

Remuneration:
*Basic salary: $1,200 – $1,500 (Subject to working experience) (Ave: $1,800 – $2,200 and above- Depends on basic salary offer – Day Shift) & (Ave: $2,000 – $2,400 and above- Depends on basic salary offer – Night Shift)
*Working hours: 6.45AM-6.45PM (MON-THU) – Day Shift; 6.45PM-6.45AM (MON-THU) – Night Shift
*Rest day: 12 days per month
*Day Shift allowance; $5 per day; Night Shift allowance: $12 per day
*Housing allowance: $150
* $7 canteen coupon for weekday and $3 cash for work on Saturday and Sunday
*Transportation provided in different areas (Pickup point from Woodlands to Gul Circle)
*OT 1.5 times /Peak/ Seasonal / Compulsory
*OT2.0 times/SUN/PH
*OT typically more than 30 hours per month
*Entitles to Annual Leave, Medical Leave, AWS and performance Bonus
*No aircon/aircon working environment – Depends on work in production department or QA lab(Mix)
*Uniform provided (T-shirt) and safety shoes provided
*Salary increment depends on individual performance (Three months probation and yearly increment is entitled)
