QC技术员

Responsibilities:
*Perform dimensional, visual, and mechanical inspection using standard documentation and procedures
*Monitor operations to ensure that they meet quality standards
*Inspect, test, or measure materials or products being produced
*Measure products with rulers, calipers, gauges, or micrometers
*Remove all products and materials that fail to meet specifications
*Discuss inspection results with those responsible for products
*Report inspection and test data
*Comply with Company Health & Safety procedures
*Maintain good housekeeping practices on machines and in work
*Perform forklift operation
*Perform SPT/NTS thread gauge setting /Inspection
*Other ad-hoc duties assign by supervisor

Requirement:
*Diploma/ITE cert in precession engineering in Precision Engineering
*2 years’ relevant experience in quality control work process & management systems in a manufacturing environment.
*Able to work independently as well as in a team environment
*Experience in an oilfield equipment manufacturing
*Forklift license will be advantage

Remuneration:
*Basic Salary: $1800 – $2000 (Depending on experience)
*Working Hours: 8am – 5.30pm (5 days work week)
