QC Inspector

Responsibilities:
-Perform inspection task on products to verify that they meet defined quality standards
-Perform day to day inspection and test on all incoming materials from vendors and outgoing products for shipping to customers
-Use measuring device/ machine to check product part dimension for conformance to specification
-To learn and understand the quality standards of the products and the method of measurement for all equipment
-To record all the inspection results in the required quality records/forms
-Final inspections of machine parts
-Other general duties as assigned by management

Requirements:
-Minimum 0 Levels and above
-Will train to operate CMM machine
-Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience as QC
-Knows basic English
-Willing to work overtime

Remuneration:
*Basic salary: $1400 to $1700 (depending on experience), Average $2000 and above
*Attendance Allowance $100
*OT x 1.5, 2.0
*Working hours: Mon to Fri – 8:30am to 6:00pm
*Rest day: 8 days per month
