Field Agent

Responsibilities 

• Be on field to do outdoor leads acquisitions
• Creating awareness and educating the owners for refinancing while gathering the leads.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Maintain and build good relationship with existing customers
• Complete the daily operational tasks on time
• Other duties or responsibilities like cold callings or related stuff that fall under this role

Essential Skills/requirements 

• Diploma or equivalent working experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience in B2C and/or B2B business development or sales role is preferred
• Customer service oriented
• Positive learning attitude

Working Schedules 

• Tuesday – Saturday
• 1130AM – 9PM / 11AM – 6PM (SAT)
• Timings are flexible
