Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Coordinator (Construction)

Responsibilities
*Prepare and arrange M&E installation in accordance with approved drawings & materials
*Able to carry out site supervision on M&E works & arrange inspection with RTO
*Ensure quality work in order to achieve Conquas/QM requirements
*Able to coordinate M&E works on site with other trades
*Able to support Safety Team by ensuring subcontractors comply with safety procedures & requirements
*Able to liaise & work with relevant authorities/subcon/clients on shop drawings, inspections, equipment submission, testing requirements & commissioning
*Able to interact effectively with all levels of management

Requirements
*Must possess at least Diploma/Higher/Advanced/Graduate Diploma in Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical and BCA M&E coordinator course
*With at least 3 years of working relevant experience
*Must know English and speak fluent English

Remuneration
*Basic salary: $3500-$4000 (depend on experience)
*6 days work week
*Working hours: 8.30am – 6.00pm
*Rest days: 4 days per month
*Rest day arranged by supervisor
*Entitles to annual leave, medical leave
*Entitle for salary increment & bonus (depends on performance)
