Handy Man

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for maintenance improvement, repair works in F&B outlets including Food Courts, Coffeeshops and Shopping Mall (if required).
• To communicate with outlet mid-management on the rectification of maintenance issues within acceptable time frame.
• Responsible for maintenance of outlets’ lightings, fridge, ice maker, bread toaster etc and all other F&B equipment and tools.
• Responsible for plumbing and clogged toilets etc
• Work with external vendors on the maintenance of Air-conditioning, Exhaust fan and Fresh air systems in outlets
• Urgent maintenance issues to settle on first priority basis, even on weekends and PHs
• All other tasks as arranged by Head of Operations and Maintenance Manager

Requirement:
*Minimum N-Level and above
*At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the Electrical repair / Fridge repair work related field is required
*Independent and able to work in a fast-pace work environment
*Strong communication and people management skills and able to interact
*Prefer to hold Singapore Class 3 driving license (If don’t have also can)

Remuneration:
• 5.5 days work week
• SGD 2,100 – SGD 2,800 (depend on experience)
• Working hour: 8.30am-6pm (Mon to Fri), 9am-1pm(Sat)
