Responsibility:
-Process Improvement
-Customer Claims Processing
-In-House quality disposition
-Corrective Action implementation & Preventive Action monitoring
-Supplier and Subcontractor Management
-Need to travel to Subcontractor in Johor for process audit as and when necessary

Requirements:
-Minimum N levels and above
-Minimum 1 to 2 years experience relevant experience
-Knows English and Chinese
-Willing to perform overtime
-Willing to travel to Johor for work as an when required

Remuneration:
-Working Hours: 8.00AM – 5.30PM (Monday to Friday)
-Overtime: 1.5/2.0 times
-Basic Salary: $1400 – $1800 (depending on experience)
-Housing Allowance: $150
-Transport Allowance claim up to $75/month
-Food Allowance: $22/month (company will deduct $1 per day if employee takes medical leave/urgent leave/annual leave)
-Attendance Allowance: $70/month
-Overtime after 7pm, entitled to $1 extra allowance
-Overtime after 8pm, entitled to $2 extra allowance
-Overtime on Saturday/Sunday, entitled to $4 extra allowance
-Annual Leave: 7 days for the 1st year, additional 1 day per year for every additional year of service, capped at 14 days
-Average take home salary : $2500 and above
