QA Engineer

Responsibilities
· Perform review/gap analysis on customer’s specifications of chemical processes, with adequate process control measures
· To conduct quarterly internal audits to ensure process compliance according to plating specifications
· Actively involve in new process setup, buy-off and qualification program
· Involve in quality issues investigations, troubleshooting, root cause analysis and corrective action implementation
· Translate customers’ specifications to Work Instructions/ SOPs
· Responsible for the maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) of the company
· Perform internal audits to ensure process, product and system are complied with requirements
· Aggressive to trigger process improvement in terms of better quality, more stable process, improve productivity, reduce cycle time etc
· Provide training to the operators, inspectors and executive staff continuously to achieve team or Company’s objective

Requirement
*Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advances/higher/Graduate Diploma, Engineering or equivalent
*At least 1 year of working experience in the related field

Remuneration
*Basic salary $2,400 – $3,200
*Working hour 8AM-5PM (Monday to Friday); 8AM-12PM (Alternate Saturday)
*Entitle to annual leave and medical leave
