Technician

Responsibilities:
*Production : Perform filling for vessels such as Cyclinders, Pallets and Tube Trailers. Conduct all necessary work (Inspection, Vacuuming, Venting, ect) before and after filling
Maintenance: Perform corrective & preventive maintenance of equipments within the Plant
*Work with management team to implement preventive maintenance and schedule calibration of plant equipments
Inventory Control: Manage raw material stocks to ensure optimum stocks for operation and meet customers demand. To trigger resupply If level is low
Prepare and generate inventory reports to ensure inventory accuracy
Quality: To conduct quality checks on incoming raw materials as well as outgoing products to ensure quality compliance
*Able to handle analysis tools or equipments such as GCs or Analyzers. Create and update documentation (Wls, SOPs etc) fo plant operations in accordance to company policies and standards
*Safety: Able to adhere to company safety policies and standards i.e. wearing of PPE. Company safety rules and regulations etc.

Requirement:
*Minimum N Level
*Minimum higher NITEC education in Chemical Process Technology or its equivalent in science discipline
*At least 1-2 years relevant experience
*Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
*Able to read and interpret technical drawings i.e. PNID and Manuals.

Remuneration:
*Basic Salary: $1400- $1800
*Working hours: 8.30am – 6pm (Monday- Friday)
*Average OT hours per month around 30 -40 hours
*Estimation OT pay from range 300- 500
*Entitled 10 days of Annual leave and Medial Leave
