Quality Inspector

Responsibilities & Duties:
· Ensure incoming and in-process inspections are carried out timely and quality inspection reports are filled up accordingly.
· Ensure timely communication about the defects detected during inspections to the Quality Engineer, QHSE Manager/ MR, Production Supervisor and Production Manager
· Review quality inspection reports from external providers and perform verification of the results.
· Updating Quality Engineer and QHSE Manager/ MR on the inspection status and update in Navision.
· Follow safe work practices and procedures.
· Ensure company and QHSE policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.
· Ensure that operations within his area of responsibilities are in accordance with the QHSE policy and objectives.
· Ensure that employees are aware of the impact of their activities on the environment.
· Participate/ attend all functions, activities and meeting organized by the company.
· Perform other assignment and duties as and when required.

Qualification & Experience:
· NTC/ Nitec preferably in Quality or Mechanical Engineering discipline or equivalent.
· Preferably 1 years of relevant experience in a Quality Inspector role.

Remuneration:
*Salary: $1300-$2400 (depends on experience)
*OT 1.5 x 2.0
*Working hours: 8am – 5pm (Mon to Fri) & 8am – 12pm (Sat)
*Rest day: 6 days per month
*After probation entitle to annual leave, medical leave, and medical benefits
*Salary increment depends on performance
*Average Salary: $2000 – $2800
