机器操作员

Responsibilities:
•Operate, setup and monitor the production machinery to ensure quality production and minimal unplanned stops
•The machinery such as STUDER Grinding machine, MAZAK turning, MAKINO CNC machine, EDM and oil wire EDM and etc (MUST LEARN)
•Ensure the production equipment are cleaned and maintained in good and safe working conditions
•Achieve the quality and output of the assigned production order to comply with work instructions
•Products such as Tecapres Gas Springs, Coil Springs, Endmill Cutter, Adpack-Anti rust Packaging Paper and etc
•Remove all products and materials that fail to meet specifications
•Identify and separate out clearly all semi-finished and finished goods
•Assist in adjustment and repair works of production machinery and equipment
•Other general duties assigned by employer
•Training is provided

Requirements:
•N-LEVEL/SPM
•No experience is needed
•If have at least 1 year of working experience as production operator or machine operator will be added advantage
•Know to operate machine: STUDER Grinding machine, MAZAK turning, MAKINO CNC machine, EDM and oil wire EDM and etc will be added advantage
•Able to work independently and multi-tasks
•Must willing to learn and have to commit overtime when required (a lot of overtime)
•Able to work long hours

Remuneration:
*Basic salary: $1,300 – $1,600 (Subject to experience) (Salary is negotiable) (Ave: $1,800 – $2500 and above- Depends on basic salary offer)
*Working hours: 8.30AM-5.45PM (MON-FRI)
*Rest day: 8 days per month
*OT 1.5 times /Peak/ Seasonal /Compulsory
*Entitles to 10 days of Annual Leave, 14 days of Medical Leave and Bonus depends on company performance and individual performance
*No aircon working environment
*Salary increment depends on individual performance (After three months probation)
