Production Operator

Responsibilities:
*Responsible for accurate compounding for liquid and powder components which include mixing jobs
*Perform compounding with the correct and appropriate Personal Protective Equipment.
*Perform packing duties and preparing of raw materials
*Check and ensure required components are in proper weight and temperature through the use of weighing scales and refrigeration.
*Continuously review and improve the production area housekeeping, ensuring that it is always organized and clean.
*Ensure a safe and healthy work environment in the production area
*Perform production work and general worker tasks
*Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:
*Min N Level (with welder certificate) or O Level
*Must be able to read and understand simple English
*Experience in Production Operator is advantage
*Without experience can apply, training will be provided
*Hardworking and positive working attitude
*Physically fit, able to carry heavy loads, up to 20kg
*Production Area is Hot and with smell
*Willing to work night shift/rotating shift
*Rotate every 2-4 weeks

Remuneration:
*Basic Salary: $1400 (higher salary if candidate comes with relevant industry experience)
*Housing Allowance: $150/month
*Average: $2500+
*Working hours: Monday to Friday:
Morning Shift: 7AM – 3:30PM
Afternoon Shift: 2:30PM – 11PM
Nigh Shift 10:30PM – 7AM
*Rest day: 8 days per month
*After 37.5hours, all will be calculated as OT, x1.5/x2.0(Sunday and PH)
*Overtime Peak
*After probation entitle to annual leave and medical leave
* Up to 17 days of annual leave after 2 years of service
* Medical, dental and flexi-benefits up to $1800-$2300 a year; cover optical, gym etc.
*Salary increment depends on performance
* one month AWS
* Average 2 mths of annual performance bonus
