Machine Operator

Responsibilities:
-To operate machines
-Record daily output and submit to leader
-Produce high quality products in defined time periods.
-Follow detailed production instructions.
-Recognize problems in the assembly process and report to supervisor.
-Maintain production equipment.
-Other activities as instructed by supervisor.

Requirements:
-Minimum O Levels and above
-No experience required, training will be provided, willing to learn
-Can accept working in factory/manufacturing environment
-Candidates with prior working experience in metal sheet industries whom are proficient with lathes, CNC Mills and surface grinders is an advantage
-Willing to work overtime
-Willing to perform shift work
-No colour hair and ah beng ah seng candidates

Remuneration:
*Basic salary: $1400 to $1600 (depending on experience) Ave $2000-$2400 and above
* Working hours : 8am – 5.30pm (Mon – Fri)
*Saturday consider as OT
*Overtime is 5.30PM to 7.30PM. Lunch break from 12.00 to 12.45Pm. Tea break 10.00am to 10.15AM and 3.00PM to 3.15PM.
*Saturday and Sunday 8.00AM to 4.30PM. Lunch break 12.00 to 12.30 pm. Tea break from 10.00AM to 10.15AM and 3.00PM to 3.15PM. Rate for Saturday is 1.5x and Sunday 2.0x.
*Uniform provided
*Non air-con working environment
*OT 1.5 times
*OT 2.0 times/ SUN/ PH
*OT typically 50 to 72 hours hours per month (Based on current) everyday 2 hours OT and Saturday OT
*NWC 13th month bonus are paid before Chinese new year. Additional 1 to 2 months are given for outstanding performance
*Entitles to Annual Leave, Medical Leave,
*Salary increment depends on individual performance
