Air Export Customer Services Officer

Responsibilities:
*Provide support to assigned customers / Overseas Agents in handling sales quotations, RFI, RFQs and enquiries for air, arrange air export booking with the airlines / co-loader Agents.
*Follow up on clients’, help to do air export billing, invoice verification and handle rate disputes
*Coordinate with customers, sales personnel, Overseas Agents and well liaise with operations teams for shipment arrangement
*Perform other job duties as per requested

Requirements:
*Good command of English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates)
*Minimum GCE O Level
*Good in MS Office – word, excel, PowerPoint
*Able to work in teams & as well as with air operation teams
*Self-motivator that promotes team work among co-workers and willing to learn attitude
*Able to work overtime if require
*With/ Without experience in Air Freight industry

Remuneration:
*Msian WP Basic Salary $1800-$2000
*PR/Local Basic Salary $2000-$2200
*Working hour 8:30AM-5:30PM (Mon-Fri)/8:30AM-12:30PM (Sat)
*Alternate SAT Off upon confirmation
*14 days annual leaves after confirmation
*OT $13.60 per hour
