Responsibilities:
*Respond to all phone calls and reply emails
*Liaise with customers and sales team
*Perform data entry and scan documents
*Support all administration and customer service requests needed
*Handle complaints, enquiry and feedbacks
*Any other duties assigned
Requirements:
*Min N Level or above
*Experience in admin/customer service/SAP Programme is advantage
*Fresh graduate who is street smart and willing to learn will be consider
*Fluent in both English and Mandarin
*Proficient in Excel, Words & Outlook
*Good communication skills
*Prefer immediate availability
Remuneration:
*Basic Salary: $1600-$1800 (depends on experience and interview performance)
*Working hours: 8:00am-5:30pm (Mon-Fri)8.00am-12.30pm(Sat)
*Rest day: 6 days per month
*Work phone provided
*After probation entitle to AWS, annual leave and medical leave
*After probation entitle to medical benefits
*Salary increment depends on performance
