Responsibilities:
*Responsible for developing and increasing business revenue
*The role is a hunting role which also includes coordinating with 3rd parties’ vendors & agents, supporting pricing enquires
*High performing sales personnel, help to meet customer requirement and revenue growth targets by keeping company competitive and innovative
*Responsible for crafting sales plan and justifying those plans to be the leadership teamto
*To source for new business with potential customers
*To increase customer data base
*To canvas and secure new accounts
*To achieve the sales target given by the Division Manager
*Manage to present realistic forecasts to the management team included analyse current trends and set future sales goals
*Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs

Requirement:
*Minimum ‘O’ Level and above
*Experience in Logistics & Supply Chain industry.
*Preferably with local sales experience in Freight Forwarding (Air & Ocean).
*Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
*Having existing small to large profile customers on hand.
*Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
*Possess strong hunter mentality, business sense and industry expertise

Remuneration:
*Basic Salary: $2500 – $3500 (Depending on the experience)
*Very lucrative Sales Incentive Programme
*Commission package: Given target amount to hit every 3 months, 15% from the amount will be the commission.
*Average commission may earn up to $5000 and above
*office Hours: 9am – 6am ( 5 days work week)
*Working hours vary according to the sector but are generally quite long, with the pressure to meet targets making late finishes a regular part of the job.
