Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee operational matters at microbrewery
• To assist the Production team to achieve production goals, productivity and profitability KPIs set by the Management.
• To plan, establish and maintain an optimum “lean” operational structure within the Production area, so as to ensure the effective and efficient running of the department.
• To oversee and implement food manufacturing/production procedures in accordance with required Quality Assurance methods, new technologies, organization strategies and budget.
• To introduce and implement the use of machines / equipment / technology to improve the production and packing processes and to increase overall productivity and efficiency.
• Monitor quality assurance on an overall level through conducting spot checks.
• To investigate production/quality issues in the kitchen and to recommend solutions.
• To ensure that all resources are optimally utilized, monitor to ensure minimal over-production and wastages and recommend ways to reduce waste production.
• Plan the recruitment requirements, training, developing, motivating, deployments, reassignments, conflict resolutions to optimize utilization of human resources within the teams
• Lead and provide guidance in operational functions with the objective to achieve the set deliverable and to strive for continuous improvements.
• Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements
• Min O Level or above
• Preferably 2 years or more of relevant experience in F&B operations
• Possess leadership, strong communication and good interpersonal skills
• Working knowledge of MS Office is necessary
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking counterparts
• Able to commit on Saturdays
• Able to multi-task and lead production workers on daily basis
• Highly organized, strong attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations
• Able to use MS Office

Remuneration
·Aircon working environment
·Entitle to annual leave and medical leave
·Salary increment depends on performance
*Basic salary: $3500-$4500
*5 days work week. Sometimes need to work on Saturdays
*Working hours: 8.30am – 6.30pm (Mon – Fri), 8.30am – 1pm (Sat. sometimes only)
*Rest day: 8 days per month
