-Assisting and performing documentation check to ensure consistency and compliance
-Answer and direct phone calls
-Provide general support to walk-in customers
-Provide information by answering questions and requests
-Carry out administrative duties such as filing, copying, scanning etc.
-Reply to email, telephone or face to face enquiries
-Any other ad-hoc admin duties

-Minimum Diploma and above
-No experience required, training will be provided
-Prefer candidates with working experience in Singaoore
-Fluent in English & Mandarin
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel & Outlook)
-Must be presentable and pleasant looking
-Selected candidates will have to wait for about 2 weeks before employer can apply the work pass as employer will need to perform checks and submit to relevant government authorities for approval before applying for the work pass due to nature of the business

-Basic salary: $2500; after confirmation will be adjusted to $2800
-Working hours: 11AM-8PM (Monday – Saturday) 12PM-5PM (Sunday)
-Rest day: 1 day per week (employee can choose any day between Monday to Saturday)
-Aircon working environment
-Annual Leave: 10 days for the 1st year, additional 1 day per year for every additional year of service, capped at 14 days
-Entitled to bonus and commission
