Sales Admin Coordinator

Responsibilities
*Issue sales order confirmation upon received P/O from customers
*Provide quotation to customers, stock status and follow up
*Follow up with production or suppliers upon customer delivery schedule date
*Issue delivery order and invoice for local delivery
*Handle goods out going shipping procedure and follow up incoming material/ stock shipping status.
*Navision data entries and filing documents
*Year-end stock take and make stock sheet for accounts department
*Record and maintain project list/ file
*Ad-hoc task assign by the Superior

Requirement
*Minimum O-Level/ Diploma preferably in Engineering/ Manufacturing Technical related disciplines.
*At least 2 years relevant working experience.
*Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and familiar all shipping procedure
*MS Office, computer skills and Navision system / ERP
*Good negotiation and interpersonal skill
*Excellent work accuracy and timeliness
*Able to start work within a short notice

Remuneration
*Basic Salary $1700 – $2240
*Working hour 8AM – 5:30PM (Monday to Friday)
*Benefits upon confirmation: Medical claim $600 and insurance, Annual Leave 10 days, Medical Leave 14 days
